January is going to be a month of quiet reflection for me. I have prepared some short posts for January in advance that will arrive each Tuesday. Lord, have Your way in my heart this month.
As my journey of surrendering my hopes, dreams, and the outcome of my life to God begins this year, I’m reminded of Surrender by Hillsong. I pray it blesses you as it has me. My favorite part of the lyrics:

I pray that you have begun to give voice to the dreams and hopes you have for this year. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be intimidated. Be encouraged that God loves you deeply. His grace and mercy run deep, and He stands ready to help you on the journey. Pour out your heart to Him and ask Him to help you. May this be your best year yet.
