I went to Longview Flower Farm tonight to a make-your-own-bouquet event. I’ve been wanting to get a picture of a row of sunflowers for my Facebook cover photo for the blog. The row that was growing was not fully open yet. I was disappointed by this, as there were just a few buds barely opening. As I snapped this photo at sunset, the Lord reminded me that something good is coming. Though the blossom of things prayed for has not yet opened, it is coming. It is the nature of the flower to bloom, just as it the Father’s nature to bless. It is inevitable. It just takes time.
